About the role:
Our client is currently looking for a Direct-to-consumer Merchandise coordinator to join the retail, wholesale and online team. This role will have ownership and responsibility to deliver both Australian and New Zealand markets to achieve the DTC strategic goals
.
This position will lead the DTC-Merchandise function ensuring it is set up to win' and achieve all objectives back in alignment with the strategic plan. Close functional and cross functional collaboration at a management level with the brand and or company leads of Planning, Sales, Merchandising and Marketing will be imperativ

Specifically, this role will include,
but is not limited to:
Achieve DTC annual operating plan (AOP) KPI's (All product categories - Transfer revenue, Sales net revenues, GP%, M
GP$.Build best in class DTC Seasonal ranges within SGP (seasonal game plan) timelines - brand and product categories for all DTC channels
Conduct key milestones such as seasonal alignment and pitchback meetings. Set guidelines and ensure alignment of markdown and promotional activity across all channels and product categories.
Contribute to achievement of in-store ASP's, UPT's, ATV's & conversion.
Manage & Assist the DTC Merch Team with all aspects of tasks relating to inventory control back against required KPI's
