The Opportunity
As Leasing Partner, you'll be at the centre of creating outstanding experiences for landlords and prospective tenants while helping drive the continued success of our Property Management team.




This role goes far beyond conducting inspections or processing applications. You'll develop the communication, negotiation, marketing and relationship management skills that form the foundation of a successful career in real estate.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, build lasting client relationships, contribute to the success of the business and make a genuine impact every day.
You'll be responsible for:
Conducting property inspections and presenting homes professionally.
Building strong relationships with prospective tenants and landlords.
Guiding applicants through the leasing process with confidence and care.
Marketing properties to maximise leasing outcomes.
Working closely with our Property Management team to deliver outstanding client service.
Representing the TOOP+TOOP brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity.
You'll need to hold a Property Manager licence, be currently studying towards one, or be willing to undertake the required study.
