Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Customer Service Operator for its Emergency Response team in Salisbury. The role supports emergency monitoring, contacting customers when help buttons are pressed and coordinating with ambulance services and families on a rotating shift basis.
You will join a busy 24/7 control centre setting, leveraging your customer service experience to provide calm, professional guidance during emergencies and across a range of interactions within the business.
