We are looking for a motivated and proactive Loan Processing / Client Support Specialist to join our Mortgage & Lending team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
Whether you already have experience in mortgage broking or you're an experienced administrator looking to build a career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn, we can provide the training.
The successful applicant will be confident working independently, following established processes, communicating effectively, and becoming the trusted support person for our Mortgage Broker. You'll enjoy taking ownership, building strong relationships with clients, and helping ensure every application progresses smoothly from start to finish.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll play an important role in supporting clients through their lending journey while ensuring applications, documentation, and processes move efficiently from start to finish.
As the key support person to our Mortgage Broker, you'll coordinate with clients and lenders to help keep applications progressing smoothly while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Loan Processing & Administration
• Preparing and managing loan applications and supporting documentation
• Following structured workflows and processes to ensure applications progress efficiently
• Maintaining accurate client records and notes across systems
• Acting as the central point of coordination between lenders, solicitors, accountants, clients,



and other stakeholders to proactively manage applications and help drive successful, on-time settlements are achieved
Client Communication
• Confidently picking up the phone and communicating with clients
• Following up outstanding information and documentation
• Keeping clients updated throughout the loan process
• Building strong relationships and providing exceptional service
Problem Solving & Workflow Management
• Working through challenges and identifying solutions independently
• Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
• Prioritising workloads and managing multiple tasks at once
• Supporting continuous process improvement opportunities
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and becoming the "go-to" person within the team.

• Previous administration, loan processing, banking, mortgage broking, or customer service experience is highly regarded but not essential
