Experienced Multi-Skilled Operator
to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience in operating a range of heavy machinery in civil, construction, or earthworks projects.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and precise operation of a wide range of civil and earthmoving machinery, contributing to the successful delivery of construction and infrastructure projects. Machinery operated may include excavators, bobcats, bulldozers, loaders, graders, rollers and dump trucks while carrying out earthworks, site preparation, trenching and other civil construction tasks.

What you'll be doing:
Operate a variety of earthmoving equipment, including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, and dump trucks.




Perform routine inspections and maintenance including pre-start checks to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
Perform safe and efficient operation to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Work as part of a team to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and environmental requirements at all times.
Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to achieve project goals.
Manage material handling, grading, and site preparation tasks efficiently.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
Your experience and qualifications:
Proven experience as an Earthmoving Plant Operator using a wide range of equipment.
Experienced in reading site plans and executing using GPS technology and final trim
HC Drivers Licence
Construction White Card
Relevant licenses/certifications, e.g., Heavy Equipment Operator Licence is a must.
Strong understanding of operating procedures and safety protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively unsupervised and in a team-oriented workplace.
