All Saints Anglican School is seeking a Marketing and Community Projects Lead to deliver impactful marketing, communications and community engagement initiatives as part of our Marketing and Community Engagement team.
About the Role
The Marketing and Community Projects Lead is responsible for delivering key marketing, publication and community engagement initiatives that strengthen connections across the school community. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Community Engagement, the role manages projects from concept to completion, coordinating stakeholders, communications, creative resources and external partners to achieve high-quality outcomes. The position plays an important role in fostering engagement with alumni, parents and community partners while supporting the school's strategic priorities and long-term vision.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Community Engagement, the Marketing and Community Projects Lead requires initiative, sound judgement, excellent writing and editing skills, strong organisation and a high level of personal accountability.
The Marketing and Community Projects Lead is a
full-time permanent position
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of marketing, publication and community engagement projects from brief to completion.
Coordinate major School publications, including the Yearbook, Annual Report and new-family materials.
Develop and implement alumni engagement initiatives, communications, events and relationship-building activities in line with the School's Blueprint ****+.
Maintain and leverage alumni data to support mentoring, volunteering, partnerships and community connections.
Act as the primary day-to-day liaison with the P&F;, supporting communications, projects and community engagement initiatives.
Plan and deliver marketing and communications for alumni,
community and priority School events.
Create, edit and manage high-quality communications across print, digital and event channels.
Coordinate content and audience engagement across key digital platforms, databases and communication systems.
Support sponsorship and partnership programs through stakeholder engagement, communications and stewardship.
Monitor project performance, manage timelines and stakeholders, and ensure all work is delivered on brand, on time and to a high standard.
About you
Our ideal candidate will bring;
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or substantial experience in marketing, communications, project management or community engagement.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, delivering high-quality outcomes on time.
Excellent written communication, editing and proofreading skills.
Strong organisational, relationship-building and problem-solving capabilities.
Proactive, accountable and confident using digital platforms, databases and project management tools.
Collaborative, adaptable and available to support occasional evening and weekend events.
Whilst not mandatory the following would be considered an advantage:
Experience managing major publications, events, reports or multi-stakeholder projects.
Experience in alumni relations, community engagement, volunteer management or working with parent groups.
Familiarity with CRM systems,
marketing automation and platforms such as Schoolbox, ToucanTech, Humanitix, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
