Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre – Rehabilitation, Aged Care and Palliative Care (RAP) is seeking a Safety, Quality and Performance Facilitator to provide leadership for quality and safety outcomes. The role is a full‐time, temporary contract until September **** and focuses on system improvements and strategic safety plans.
