About the Role:
As a Vehicle Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, colour matching, and spray painting a wide range of vehicles to a high-quality finish. You will work alongside a skilled team in a well-equipped workshop, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle panels for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix and match paint colours accurately.
- Apply paint and clear coats using spray equipment.
- Carry out refinishing work to a high standard.
- Inspect completed work for quality and rectify any imperfections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Current driver's licence preferred.
