We are a not-for-profit National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga, but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.

About The Opportunity

We have an exciting prospect for a motivated and experienced individual to join our Supported Living Team in Leeton. This is a full-time Team Leader role based in Leeton.

This position plays a key leadership role in supporting staff and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. A strong understanding of disability services, with preferred experience in a similar role is desired.

Reporting To Outreach Services Manager, Key Responsibilities Will Include

Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that empower people with disability to achieve their goalsDevelop, implement and monitor Person Centred Plans, ensuring client needs, independence and wellbeing are prioritisedSupport staff through coaching, training and supervision, including medication competency and ongoing skill developmentPromote community participation by connecting clients with local resources, activities and social networksManage day-to-day operations including rostering, administration, reporting and maintaining compliance with organisational policies and legislationEnsure a safe environment for clients and staff by identifying risks, implementing WHS practices and maintaining high standards of care.

Most importantly, you will have a genuine desire to support people with disability and a strong understanding of person-centred practice, choice and independence.





Current First Aid and CPR certificates are essential requirements of this role.

Relevant qualifications and or experience for the positionCurrent Class C Drivers LicenceNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children Check (or willing to obtain before employment).Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Current CPR (HLTAID009) certificates
