About the Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Finance team on a 12 month maximum term contract. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative assistance in order to ensure effective,
efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
Key responsibilities of the role include;
Data entry of invoices into accounting software
Assist with supplier queries via email and telephone
Preparation and review of daily, weekly & monthly payments
Reconciling supplier statements
1-- 3 years previous accounts payable experience is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal along with good organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail are key to the success of this role.
You must also have the ability to work in a team workplace as well as working autonomously when required.
Previous exposure and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with international money transfers/foreign exchange would also be highly regarded.
Pay: $70,****** – $75,****** per year
