About The Opportunity
Join the WesTrac team as a Service Advisor at our Dubbo branch! In this role, you will be the go-to expert for estimating rebuild costs, planning workshop schedules, and ensuring every job meets Caterpillar's world-class standards.

What You'll Do
Analyse rebuild projects and develop plans for successful outcomes
Prepare accurate scopes of work, estimates, and quotations
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure clarity and confidence in every job
Maintain a library of pricing and quotation data for streamlined processes
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, boost efficiency, and enhance customer experience
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience within a project management or estimating role
Experience with pricing and planning systems and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Uptake, Excel)
Familiarity with Caterpillar products (desirable)
Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage fluctuating workloads
Ability to problem solve whilst having well-developed analytical & decision‐making abilities
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop solid positive relationships
Communication skills with well-developed negotiation & conflict resolution skills
Computer literacy skills – MS Office
