Job Description
Hotel Clipper Hotel Clipper in Rockingham, WA is seeking a high-calibre Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy hotel, bar and cafe. Benefits Annual salary between $75,000 – $85,000 + superannuation Full-time permanent role Chance for career progression within a growing organisation Task & responsibilities Directing and overseeing accommodation, reception, room service, and housekeeping operations Supervising security arrangements and coordinating property and facility maintenance Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function, and event operations Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing requirements and all applicable legislation Monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements to maintain high service standards Overseeing purchasing activities and supporting the efficient administration of hotel operations Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures Coordinating staff rosters, supervising employees, and supporting the day-to-day management of hotel operations Assisting guests with enquiries, local information,



and arranging services where required Maintaining high operational standards to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel Qualification & experience A minimum of 2 years of previous experience managing a hotel, pub, cafe or similar hospitality venue Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills A hands-on approach and the ability to work in a busy tourist venue Strong understanding of compliance, RSA and liquor licensing requirements Good commercial judgment and attention to detail
