We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 12‐month maximum term contract.
You will manage end‐to‐end recruitment delivery across a designated portfolio, partnering with leaders to influence hiring decisions and delivering a seamless, experience‐led recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Manage full‐cycle recruitment, from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to provide expert guidance on attraction, selection and hiring decisions.
Deliver high‐volume and project recruitment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Develop proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with recruitment marketing to enhance employer brand and candidate attraction.
Maintain solid stakeholder relationships and provide market insights and advice.
Ensure recruitment compliance,



reporting accuracy and adherence to policies and processes.
Qualifications
Experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally across corporate or project hiring.
Strong multitasking and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confidence advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Experience using recruitment systems, ideally Workday.
Knowledge of recruitment best practice, compliance and labour market trends.
