Bakery Production Assistant - Full-time
About the Role
Brasserie Bread is seeking
skilled Bakers
to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing
high-quality artisan breads and pastries
, including
sourdough, croissants, loaves, and specialty products
, following our traditional recipes and hand-crafted techniques.
You will work closely with our bakery and pastry production teams to ensure consistent product quality and maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads and pastries, including sourdough, croissants, and loaves
· Follow recipes and hand-made artisan techniques to maintain product consistency and quality
· Assist the production team with day-to-day bakery operations
· Maintain Food Safety and HACCP standards in all processes
· Ensure production areas are clean, organised, and protected
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
· Experienced in artisan bread baking, preferably with sourdough, croissants, or similar products
· Hardworking, with a high attention to detail
· Knowledgeable in food safety practices (HACCP knowledge advantageous)
· Passionate about food and baking
· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
· Punctual, well-presented,



and a team player
· Excellent communication and reading skills
· Possess a minimum of 1-2 years production or food manufacturing experience
