About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations, performance, and culture of our service.
You will:
Inspire, mentor,



and develop a high-performing team of educators and leaders
Drive occupancy growth through strong family engagement and community partnerships
Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and maintain high-quality outcomes
Foster a positive, team-oriented, and inclusive team culture
Monitor financial performance and work towards sustainable business outcomes
Support your team in delivering exceptional educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework
About You
You are a confident and influential leader who is passionate about people, quality, and early education.
You will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven success as a
Centre Manager
within the early childhood sector
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
Demonstrated ability to build and lead engaged, high-performing teams
Experience achieving occupancy, compliance, and financial targets
Current Working with Children Check (or state equivalent)
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
