About the role
Aertex Group is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. This full-time position is an essential role within our organisation, responsible for carrying out high-quality welding work across a range of projects.
What you'll be doing
Performing welding tasks to a high standard, adhering to safety protocols and technical specifications
Interpreting blueprints, diagrams and work instructions to complete welding work
Operating welding equipment and machinery with a focus on efficiency and productivity
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless project delivery
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Participating in continuous improvement and skills development activities
What we're looking for
Formal qualifications in welding, such as a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent
Demonstrable experience as a Welder, preferably within the trades and services industry
Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work




Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong safety focus and willingness to adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures
