About the Role
Join a friendly and fast-paced outpatient team where you'll help create a positive experience for patients and visitors. You'll manage appointments, maintain accurate records, build strong relationships with clinical teams and provide essential administrative support that keeps services running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients, visitors and service providers
Manage appointments, bookings and schedule updates
Maintain accurate patient records and data systems
Respond to enquiries via phone, email and in person
Liaise with clinical teams and referring agencies
Prepare correspondence and administrative documents
Support patient flow across outpatient services
Assist with roster and service support tasks
Update databases and monitor information accuracy
Contribute to efficient day to day operations
About You
You're a customer-focused administrator who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy environment.
With strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, you deliver quality support while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience in frontline administration and customer service
Confident with Microsoft Office and data entry tasks
Communicate clearly with diverse people and teams
Prioritise workloads and meet deadlines with accuracy
Use medical terminology and maintain confidentiality
