We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team and shape the future of Servo. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact within a dynamic and growing hospitality business.

You're a confident and hands on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast paced environment. You lead by example, inspire your team and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Proven experience managing a high-volume hospitality venue.
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Strong food and beverage knowledge.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A bit about the role:
Leading a team of up to 30 staff
Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
Overseeing daily venue operations, including labour management and rostering.
Achieving key business and financial performance targets.
Maintaining exceptional service standards across all areas of the venue.
Delivering events, activations and venue initiatives.
Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve operations, service and team performance
