About the role
You'll deliver
short term, capacity building programs
to NDIS participants — primarily young adults — supporting them to build independence, social skills and/ or move towards employment or further education.
Your work may include:
Creating and delivering evidence-based, practical interventions for individuals and small groups
Documenting participant progress and achievement towards goals
Writing NDIS reports and recommendations
Working with participants, families, and support networks
Contributing ideas as we grow the service
Hours range from 3 hrs + per week and are adaptable

About you
You'll bring:
A relevant Allied Health qualification and registration (AHPRA or equivalent registration)
Experience in allied health (NDIS helpful, but not essential)
Strong assessment, intervention, and report-writing skills
Confidence working with participants and stakeholders
Experience or interest in developing short therapeutic, capacity building programs
A genuine interest in person-centred, strengths-based practice
