Required qualifications:
MN 5-12ArtTeaching License
Experience teaching middle school
Creativity and enthusiasm for art to inspire students
Able to plan and work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred but not required qualifications:
Experience with,
a classical model of education or a liberal arts education
college preparatory rigor in a middle school setting
Paidiea or Socratic Seminar/Discussion methods
PLC groups/Q Comp programs
Annual compensation ranges from $44,872-$67,835, depending upon years of teaching experience. This position is eligible for benefits. Our current Benefits Guide (attached) details the employer-sponsored advantages available at St. Croix Prep.
