Your day-to-day will include:
Managing a local portfolio with robust processes and support
Building and maintaining positive landlord and tenant relationships
Coordinating maintenance and ensuring exceptional service delivery
Staying organised and detail-focused across your portfolio




Working alongside a supportive Head of Department and leadership team
What we're looking for:
Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
Previous Property Management experience
Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Highly organised with great time management skills
Professional presentation and a confident telephone manner
A genuine commitment to delivering a high level of service
