Fuse Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Food Scientist to lead bespoke product development projects for major QSR, foodservice, and industrial clients. Drive concepts from concept through to commercialisation in a dynamic setting, using cutting-edge formulations and scalable processes.
Minimum 3 years in the food industry with significant NPD exposure and a degree in Food Science or Food Technology is preferred. Strong ERP and FoodWorks skills are advantageous.
