Life Without Barriers is seeking a part time Home Support Worker to provide personalised in-home support to clients under the Queensland Community Support Scheme in Caloundra and surrounds. You'll assist with daily tasks, personal care, and goal-oriented activities to promote independence within clients' homes.
The role requires travel between multiple clients on the southern Sunshine Coast, with shifts between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, no evenings or sleepovers.
