Now, we're looking for an Regional Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next chapter of our growth.
The Opportunity
As a Regional Manager at Lovisa, you'll be responsible for leading a portfolio of 6–9 stores, empowering Store Managers, driving commercial performance, and creating exceptional customer experiences across your region.

Lead High-Performing Teams
Inspire, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve exceptional results while fostering a positive and engaging culture.
Drive Commercial Success
Take ownership of sales performance, profitability, KPIs, and operational excellence across your region.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences




Champion Lovisa's customer-first philosophy and ensure every store consistently delivers an outstanding brand experience.
Identify talent, build succession plans, and create growth opportunities for your people.
Manage Regional Operations
Ensure stores operate efficiently through effective rostering, wage management, compliance, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
Protect the Business
Drive strong loss prevention practices and shrinkage awareness while maintaining operational standards.
What We're Looking For
Passion for fashion, retail, and customer experience
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
Exceptional coaching and people-development skills
Ability to influence, motivate, and inspire multiple teams
Strong organisational and operational management capabilities
Experience leading multiple stores or flagship locations highly regarded
A hands-on leader who enjoys being in stores and supporting teams
