The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Personal Care Worker to join our team on a casual basis. In this role you will:
· Providing high-quality personal care to assist residents to maintain independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle.
· Promoting a safe, clean and respectful home environment.
· Promote dignity, privacy and respect for each resident.
· Work collaboratively with nurses and care staff to deliver person-centred care.
About You:
We are looking for some who:
· A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
· Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
· A compassionate, reliable and professional approach
· Current National Police Check
