Monday to Friday | 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
About the Role As the Civil Works Supervisor, you will lead by example, promoting a strong safety culture while overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities across multiple project sites. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Description
Supervise daily operations across civil construction sites.
Coordinate and allocate labour, plant, and materials.
Lead site crews to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental requirements, company procedures, and client expectations.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, variations, and program performance.
Conduct toolbox talks,



pre-start meetings, and site inductions.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, timesheets, safety records, and plant logs.
Ensure plant and equipment are operated safely, with all required inspections completed.
Identify and manage site hazards, risks, and corrective actions.
Mentor and develop site personnel while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide regular project updates and reports to the Works Manager.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Civil road construction and drainage experience
A minimum of
5 years' experience
in a supervisory or management role within civil construction or infrastructure.
Construction White Card
Current HR driver's licence
Solid leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A proactive approach to safety and project delivery.
