About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Registered Architect
based in Perth, WA with at least
5 years of experience
and a minimum of 5 years of
recent ArchiCAD
experience.
In this role, you won't be siloed into a single phase. You will move comfortably between design thinking, technical documentation, consultant coordination and client management across a range of commercial and industrial residential projects.

Develop constructible details for concrete tilt-panel and commercial structural systems
Regulatory approvals

Liaise with town planners,



clients and builders during development and building approvals across local WA council jurisdictions
Consultant and Client Liaison: Coordinate closely with external engineering, surveying, energy, and drainage consultants, as well as builders and clients
Technical Knowledge: Strong working understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC/BCA), Australian Standards and the WA Planning Framework
Strong knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction methods, codes, standards and regulations
Advanced design and documentation skills across all project stages
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design intent
Proven ability to manage time, priorities and delegated tasks with minimal supervision
Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
Desirable
Familiarity using Twinmotion is a major advantage
Experience using Adobe Suite
