To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Management
Current Property Management registration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience with Property Tree is highly regarded
Good time management and organisational skills
The ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines
Experience conducting routine and open inspections
A reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence
