About You
Experience in a warehouse leadership or senior warehouse role
Current Forklift License and MR Driver's License essential
Experience with inventory management systems (MYOB Acumatica experience highly regarded)
Solid understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
Reliable, hands-on and able to work independently
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Warehouse Supervisor
to lead our warehouse, logistics and printing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys a varied role with responsibility for inventory control, staff supervision, customer deliveries, safety compliance and continuous improvement.

About the Role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse and printing operations, ensuring stock is accurately controlled, customer orders are delivered on time, and all activities are performed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations, including stock receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory accuracy
Coordinate delivery schedules, transport providers and customer deliveries
Conduct stock takes and investigate inventory discrepancies
Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards, including ISO requirements
Support audits, inspections, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a protected, clean and organised workplace
