As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will:
Contribute to developing project costs tender preparation
Ensure understanding of all aspects of the contract and determine key areas of financial risk and possible control measures to reduce identified risks
Ensure that all progress claims are assessed against the contract
Liaise with subcontractors and all appropriate consultants and authorities to ensure that contract requirements are being met
Prepare and or assist in the accurate and timely submission of progress, variation & contractual claims
Assist to ensure that subcontractor payments and variation claims are processed in an accurate and timely manner
Liaise and co-ordinate monthly reporting with the Group's head office based commercial, operational and accounting staff
Ensure self-availability as a coach/mentor in assisting direct reports to develop in their positions
What will make you stand out?
6+ years' experience as a contract administrator or 3+ years as a senior contract administrator
Proven experience working for a head contractor on multi storey residential and commercial projects
Experience working in the QLD construction market (Gold Coast highly beneficial)
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or an associated discipline
