We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join the team at Ray White Marion, working closely alongside Principal, Samuel Paton.
As the owner of Ray White Marion, Samuel has built a highly regarded business known for its strong market presence, commitment to exceptional client service, and results-driven approach. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a high-performing team within a quick-paced and rewarding environment.
A key focus of this role includes developing and improving systems, managing KPIs, driving productivity and outcomes, delivering the team's marketing plan, and providing a foundation for outstanding client engagement and service.
The role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills, with responsibilities including supporting the listing and sale of property, identifying new opportunities, tracking and analysing data, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
● Managing daily team operations
● Running the daily team meetings
● Diary management and booking/coordinating appointments
● Coordinating agent marketing and project managing campaigns
● Managing the teams marketing plan
● Coordinating styling, trades, and suppliers
● Liaising and booking with photographers
● Being a point of contact for Vendors and Buyers
● Coordinating the listing through to the settlement process




● Continuing with the evolution of the team systems and procedures
● Providing general administration assistance for the team
● Preparation of sale documents, proposals, marketing timelines etc.
● Assist head agent with vendor communication and the listing to settlement process
● Social Media strategy and implementation/management
● Develop, document and implement businesses processes
● Market research and preparing comparative market insights for clients
● Customer care and liaison with potential vendors, clients and buyers
● Develop a strong knowledge of each of the One System applications. Specifically VaultRE, Outfit, activepipe, Canva and Google (G Suite)
● Understand how the One System tools facilitate the sales journey and the benefits offered to the team
Qualifications/Experience
● Experience in real estate is essential (preferably experience working in an elite performance team)
● Excellent communication skills
● Highly developed attention to detail
● Ability to excel in a high-pressure and dynamic work environment
● A driven mindset and the ability to work independently
● Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
● Robust technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
● A solid understanding of the Real Estate industry
● Ability to review and understand real estate applications easily
● Exceptional phone manner and data entry skills
● Real estate experience and/or knowledge is preferred
● Ability to develop, document and implement new business procedures and strategies
● Superior communication skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Can work autonomously and in a team environment
● The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
● Natural ability to develop rapport with the team members and clients
