Pike & Joyce is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor – Function & Events to join our team in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
Working across restaurant operations, weddings and functions, you'll support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences while assisting with front of house operations, bookings and event coordination.
We're adaptable on employment arrangements and can offer either permanent part-time or full-time employment, depending on the successful applicant and business needs.

About the Role
Working closely with our Hospitality Manager, you will:
Act as the second-in-charge to the Hospitality Manager, leading front of house operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day service delivery.
Manage bookings, guest enquiries and venue administration.
Update menus, POS systems and other operational documents.
Support team training, stock control and day-to-day venue operations.
Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, food safety and RSA compliance.[AL1]
Assist in taking ownership of weddings, functions and special events, coordinating and leading service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Step confidently into the Hospitality Manager's role when required, providing leadership,



problem-solving and operational oversight across the venue.
About You
You'll bring:
Experience in hospitality, restaurant supervision or food and beverage service.
Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
Confidence using booking and POS systems.
A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
Current RSA certification and availability to work weekends and public holidays.
Highly regarded (but not essential):
Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience with weddings, functions or events.
Wine knowledge or hospitality/event qualifications.
