This is a senior operational leadership role where you will lead through other leaders, accountable for strategic outcomes, cross-functional collaboration and the performance of multiple teams and locations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director – Single Assessment, you will:
Provide senior leadership to ACNA's frontline leaders (e.g. clinical leaders) across multiple teams and regions.

Partner with leaders and teams across ACNA to align program delivery, change initiatives and organisational priorities.
Influence system and program design so people, clients and workforce impacts are considered from the outset.
You will regularly balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and operational decision-making.

Navigating change with clarity and pragmatism – bringing leaders and teams along through reform, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
No two weeks will look the same, and each will contribute to building a strong and sustainable Single Assessment program.
