The Role -
Lead:
Coach and train a diverse Kickstart crew.
Manage:
Oversee daily workflows, hire and train staff, maintain quality control, and drive financial performance.
Execute:
Bring the "Kickstart spirit" to life daily through operational excellence and a "whatever-it-takes" attitude.

Kickstart currently operates Monday- Friday 6am-2pm, Saturday 7am-12pm and
closed Sundays
. These operating hours offer a great work-life balance for a manager compared to other hospitality roles.
Pay: $70,****** – $90,****** per year
