The Team & Role
The Media Coordinator is part of the External Affairs and Media team within the broader Public Affairs and Communications function. The role supports communication across media, digital and social channels and contributes to content, campaigns and media engagement activities. Working alongside the Public Affairs and Communications team, the Media Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination and support. This is a permanent full time position based at Peninsula University Hospital, with flexibility to work across sites.
Skills & Experience Required
Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related discipline
Experience working with or within media organisations or in-house communications teams




Experience in media, communications or public affairs (desirable)
Experience in healthcare or public sector communications (desirable)
Experience supporting crisis or issues management (desirable)
Skills in digital content creation (including photography and/or video) (desirable)
