About The Role
Working as a Residential Support Worker at our service in Camperdown, you will empower the people we support to live independently and participate in the community. Providing hands on support while ensuring a safe, inclusive and empowering environment, you will become an integral part of their care team. We currently have three part time positions available.
Assisting with personal care, daily living tasks and household duties.
Supporting community participation, social engagement and recreational activities.
Encouraging independence by helping build skills and achieve goals.
Building meaningful relationships to provide person-centred support.




Maintaining accurate and thorough records of activities, progress and incidents.
What you will bring to the role
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem solve
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Ability to accurately record case notes.
Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
A passion for supporting people to live their best lives
Current CPR, First Aid, Working with Children Check, NDIS Check & completion of the NDS Workers Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
Victorian drivers licence
Roster
Line A - 33 hours
Week 1: Sun 4pm-10pm & sleepover, Mon 6am-9am, Wed 7am-9am
Week 2: Thurs 3pm-10pm & sleepover , Fri 6am-9am, Mon 7am-9am , Tues 3pm-10pm & sleepover 3pm-7pm, Wed 6am-9am
Line B - ***** hours
Week 1: Thurs 3pm-10pm & sleepover, Fri 6am-9am, Wed 3pm-10pm & sleepover
Week 2: Thurs 6am-9am, Sat 7:45am-4pm, Mon 3pm-10pm & sleepover, Tues 6am-9am
Line C - ***** hours
Week 1: Thurs 6am-9am, Sat 7am-3pm, Mon 2:45pm-8:30pm
Week 2: Thurs 7am-9am, Fri 3pm-10pm & sleepover, Sat 6am-8am, Wed 3pm-10pm
