An exciting prospect has become available for a
Leasing & Assistant Commercial Property Manager
to join a growing commercial property team based in Sydney's North West. Whether you're currently working in residential property management, a real estate support role, or even the finance industry, this role offers an excellent pathway into commercial property management.
Working alongside an experienced Commercial Property Manager, you'll receive hands‐on training while gaining exposure to all aspects of commercial leasing and portfolio management.
The Opportunity
This is a diverse role where you'll support the management of a commercial portfolio, assisting with leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
With ongoing mentoring and career development, you'll build valuable commercial property experience while working within a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leasing
Assist with advertising and marketing commercial vacancies
Conduct property inspections and tenant viewings
Prepare lease documentation, applications, and tenancy schedules
Support lease negotiations, renewals, and lease variations
Maintain leasing databases and enquiry records
Commercial Property Management
Assist with the day-to-day management of retail, office, and industrial properties
Respond to tenant enquiries and maintenance requests
Coordinate contractors and maintenance works
Conduct regular property inspections and prepare condition reports
Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Administration & Compliance
Assist with rent collection, arrears management, and invoice processing
Support budget preparation and financial reporting
Maintain accurate property records and management systems
Monitor lease compliance, insurance requirements, and rent reviews
Assist with management reporting and property compliance
About You
Previous experience in real estate, leasing, property management, property administration
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Current driver's licence preferred
Experience with property management software is advantageous
Positive attitude with a genuine desire to build a career in commercial property
Professional, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
What's On Offer
Monday to Friday, $75,000 +
