Uniting in Victoria is seeking a Part Time Case Manager to support the Strengthening Families program. Based at Pakenham, you'll deliver community-based services, run holistic assessments and coordinate services for children, young people and families.
You'll work with referrals from The Orange Door, advocating for secure homes, strong parenting skills and connections to local resources. A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare or related discipline is essential.
