About the Role
DIG Personnel are seeking experienced Multi-skilled Civil Plant Operators to join our civil construction team. You will be working on a range of projects including roadworks, drainage, earthworks, subdivisions, and general civil maintenance.
12 hour days operating Monday to Friday, with Saturday work scheduled as needed.

Excavator Operators
Loader Operators
Skid Steer Operators
Roller Operators
MR/HR Truck Drivers - Watercart, Tipper, Dump Truck experience (desirable)
Pipelayers
Telehandler Operators
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in civil construction
White Card obtained within a classroom
RII Nationally Accredited Tickets & Licences (preferred)
Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
Physically fit and reliable with a solid work ethic




Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Minimum of 2 contactable references within the last 6 months
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical/Drug and Alcohol
