About the Role
As the Senior Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the office, supporting a busy team of accountants while ensuring clients receive a seamless experience. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering a combination of client liaison, compliance, office coordination and administration.
You'll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities including managing client documentation, liaising with the ATO and external providers, coordinating ASIC and corporate compliance requirements, supporting the SMSF team, debt collection follow-up and handling general office enquiries.
You'll also play an important role in troubleshooting issues, improving processes and keeping the office running efficiently.
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems and working independently while remaining an integral part of a close-knit team.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
At least 3 years' experience working within a public practice accounting firm (5+ years highly regarded)
Previous exposure to ASIC compliance and corporate administration
Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent written communication
The confidence to work autonomously, troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions
A proactive, organised and adaptable approach
The ability to support and mentor a small administration team
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
This is primarily an office-based role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and being part of a busy, professional environment.
