G Squared is on the hunt for a Digital Strategist to develop integrated digital growth strategies that align business objectives with channel execution across all digital touchpoints, particularly Paid Media, Organic Search, and websites.
As a Digital Strategist, you'll take the lead on strategic direction for both new business and existing clients. You will:
Develop holistic digital growth strategies
that align with clients' business objectives, customer needs and commercial challenges.
Build a deep understanding of clients' businesses
, customers, competitors, products and broader digital ecosystems.
Translate business objectives into integrated
strategic growth recommendations
across Paid Media, SEO, CRO and website experience.
Work closely with Paid Media, SEO and Web teams
to develop cohesive channel strategies and ensure tactical execution aligns with the overarching digital strategy.
Use
market research, audience insights, customer data
and performance analysis to inform strategic recommendations and identify growth opportunities.
Facilitate strategic workshops
and planning sessions with clients to uncover opportunities, solve business challenges and align stakeholders.
Challenge and refine strategic thinking across internal teams
, providing guidance and oversight on key recommendations before they are presented to clients.
Develop clear, compelling presentations
that communicate strategic direction, opportunities and recommendations in a commercially focused way.
Present strategic recommendations
confidently to clients, prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
Lead the development and presentation of strategic proposals and pitches
, ensuring every response is insightful, commercially focused and showcases G Squared's strategic capabilities.
Own the strategic quality of new business responses
, ensuring recommendations are evidence-based,



clearly articulated and positioned to maximise conversion.
Stay across
industry trends, platform developments and changing consumer behaviour
to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
Champion strategic thinking
across the agency, helping teams deliver integrated solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
What we are looking for
10+ years experience in digital, working within both paid media and organic search
Strong consultative skills, being able to understand diverse industries and client challenges, and communicate strategies clearly
Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, including channels, tactics, messaging, audiences, and KPIUs
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience gathering and digesting data and analytics to form strategic responses
Experience with GA4
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications or similar
