Description
Preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
Reconciling accounts and ensuring financial records are maintained to a high standard.
Processing receipts and supporting daily banking activities.
Investigating and resolving customer account queries.
Maintaining accurate records across finance systems and spreadsheets.
Liaising with internal stakeholders to support timely billing and revenue recognition.
Assisting with reporting and account reconciliations.
Supporting process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Profile
Experience in accounts receivable.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Good communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
A sound understanding of accounting principles and practices.
