Hosemart, a trusted name in the hydraulics and industrial hose industry for over 31 years, is looking for a Junior Counter Sales & Stores Assistant to join our team in Wangara.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the hydraulic and industrial industry. You'll receive hands-on training across all areas of the business, gaining valuable knowledge and experience while working alongside an experienced team. As proud distributors of our own brand, Masterhose, along with other leading hydraulic and industrial brands, we supply customers across the mining, industrial, agricultural and transport industries throughout Western Australia.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, entry-level position where you'll learn all aspects of our store operations while developing valuable industry skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving customers at the counter and providing friendly customer service
Replenishing stock in the showroom and warehouse
Picking, packing and putting away stock
Assisting with customer pick-ups and local deliveries
Keeping the showroom clean,



organised and well presented
Assisting the workshop team with general tasks when required
Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
Supporting the team with general day-to-day store duties

About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn
Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Has positive attention to detail and enjoys staying organised
Holds a current manual driver's licence (or is willing to obtain one)
No previous hydraulic experience is required—we're looking for the right attitude, and we'll provide the training.
