XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic HR & Payroll Officer to join our team of experts!

Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring payroll and employee records are updated accordingly.
Maintain and update employee records and internal databases.
Prepare, review, and revise HR documentation, including employment agreements.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters such as benefits, leave policies, and entitlements.
Handle the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement.
Develop training and onboarding materials to enhance the employee experience.
Address and resolve payroll-related concerns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.




Oversee internal administrative arrangements, including travel coordination and expense processing.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Administrator, including payroll management.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR or a related field.
Experience working in the FX industry is a plus.
Experience working with BambooHR or any other HRIS is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel functionalities such as data validation techniques.
