About the role:
Full-time position available
Mainly dinner service
Prepare and cook Korean-style dishes
Maintain food quality and consistency
Support daily kitchen operation, prep and stock control
Help improve kitchen workflow and food safety standards
Work closely with the owner to build a stronger kitchen system
Requirements:
Must have previous commercial kitchen experience in 2 years
Korean / Asian restaurant experience preferred
Able to work in a rapid-paced dinner service
Reliable, organised and responsible
Strong sense of cleanliness and food safety
Able to lead or support a small kitchen team
Willing to grow with the business
