Your Role:
Provide assessment, therapy,
and intervention for children and adults with communication, speech, and swallowing difficulties.
Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with best practices.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and psychologists.
Build and manage a caseload through strong community and referral partnerships.
Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with NDIS and skilled guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
SPA Registration as a Speech Pathologist
Strong clinical capability across the lifespan in disability, or community settings
Confident communicator with the ability to lead, influence, and build relationships
Passionate about evidence-based practice and delivering meaningful, person-centred outcomes
NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
