We're partnering with an innovative, technology-driven organisation that's looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join its growing team. Role Responsibilities
Provide application support for business-critical systems.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Gather and analyse business requirements to recommend effective solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and releases.
Create and maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and application performance.
Ensure incidents and service requests are managed within agreed timeframes.
To be successful, you'll have:
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst,



or in a similar role.
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience supporting enterprise or business applications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SQL, APIs, ITIL, or Agile methodologies is highly regarded but not essential.
