Your Role
You'll work on a rotating 7-day roster between 7am and 10pm, with flexibility where possible and no night shifts.
With previous experience working in the community, delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions, you are comfortable working autonomously with a patient centred approach and can spot client deterioration.
You will also have;
Current unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
2 Years' recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting
IV Medication Administration
PICC management Cannulation competent (not essential)
Experience in chronic wound care and negative pressure therapyContinence management
Competent IT skills/literacy
