About the role
Join our Primary Care team as an Occupational Therapist and provide high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy services that support community members to achieve greater independence and wellbeing. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions, contribute to continuous service improvement, and support the delivery of values-based healthcare to people from diverse backgrounds. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping consumers and carers achieve their goals through coordinated, integrated and collaborative care.
Key responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments, interventions and care planning within a community setting
Manage an independent clinical caseload while working collaboratively with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams
Contribute to service improvement activities, innovation and quality initiatives that enhance consumer outcomes
Provide clinical support, supervision and knowledge sharing to junior staff and students
What we're looking for
A qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration and experience across a range of clinical settings
Experience delivering person-centred care and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and a varied caseload
Current SWEP prescriber registration (minimum Green level) and Victorian Driver Licence
