As a full time
Assistant Store Manager
at our
David Jones Concession Marion,
you'll support the Store Manager in taking the store to the next level by driving sales, coaching your team, and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.
What You'll Do
Create memorable customer moments every day
Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride

Previous retail or customer service experience
